CHIMNEY INSPECTIONS
A thorough inspection is the first step to ensuring the safe use of your fireplace. Often, potential problems can be identified with a visual inspection, but if more detailed examination is required, a Level II inspection is the best way to make certain your fireplace is safe to use.
CHIMNEY & FIREPLACE CLEANINGS
Regular sweeping of your fireplace flue is a vital step to ensure safe and efficient use of your fireplace. A clean flue allows smoke to flow freely and minimizes dangerous creosote build up. Our technicians are trained and experienced and take extra care to keep the inside of your home cleaned during the sweeping process. Once the fireplace and chimney are cleaned our technician will visual inspect all fireplace components free of charge.
DRYER VENT CLEANING
Having your dryer vent cleaned regularly is just as important as cleaning your chimney and fireplace. Lint is highly flammable. Failure to inspect and clean out lint is the leading cause of dryer fires. How often you have your dryer vent cleaned depends on the use and size of the household.
FIREPLACE & UTILITY FLUE LININGS
Flue liners solve common problems found in masonry flues such as cracked flue tiles and missing or deteriorating mortar joints. A flue liner will bypass or replace an unsafe flue giving the gases a safe route out of your home.
MASONRY REPAIRS
Overtime masonry chimneys can develop cracks, deterioration of mortar between the brick joints, and loose or spalling bricks. Routine inspections will keep you aware of any issues and help you identify any source of leaks and/or help prevent future deterioration.
